We ship worldwide, and usually dispatch your order within 48 hours using a trackable service. Our pedals are built in small batches or made to order. Once booked for collection we will send you a confirmation email with courier and tracking details.
Your new pedal will be safely wrapped, double-boxed, and protected with biodegradable popcorn foam and includes instructions and some other cool swag! Please continue to help the environment and keep or recycle the packaging your pedal arrives in.

You can return your purchase up to 14 days from the point of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You are responsible for the return shipment to us.
To be eligible for a refund (minus outgoing postage costs), your item must be in the new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any damage to the product or associated (non-shipping) packaging will render the item subject to a restocking fee to compensate for losses incurred against the product.
Sale or B-Stock items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately Sale or B-Stock items cannot be refunded.
